Welcome to Big Sur Creative. Things have changed around here.

Hi friends. It’s Joe Henry here. Big Sur Creative was a full service production company run by myself and my best friend Cody Tesnow. Together with our creative producer Claudia, we made highly stylized, joyous, subversive content. I truly loved doing that with my best friend.

Tragically, we lost Cody in November 2022. It is a loss I will be dealing with forever.

Because Big Sur Creative lost so much of its heart when Cody passed, I’ve had to simplify. I am still working as a freelance DP and would greatly appreciate any support there. I am great at what I do and I’m easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who will bring heart to your projects, I’m your man.
